The one-button vision measuring machine has the characteristics of large field of view, instant measurement, high precision and full automation.
It perfectly combines telecentric imaging with intelligent image processing software, making any tedious measurement tasks extremely simple.
It only needs to place the workpiece in the effective measurement area, and then lightly press a button, all two-dimensional dimensions of the workpiece are measured instantly.
It uses a 20-megapixel digital camera and a large-diameter, high-depth-of-field double-telecentric lens, and can automatically identify workpieces without positioning. The measurement time for 100 sizes is less than 1 second, which greatly improves the measurement efficiency.
