The vision measuring machines we produce are called differently in different industries. Some call it a 2d video measuring machine, some call it a 2.5D vision measuring machine, and some call it a non-contact 3D vison measuring systems, but no matter how it is called, its function and value remain unchanged. Among the customers we have contacted during this period, most of them require testing of plastic electronic products. This may be the reason why the electronics industry situation is better in the first half of this year!

Usually, when the vision measuring machine measures plastic products, we only need to measure the plane size of the product. Few customers request to measure their three-dimensional dimensions. On the other hand, when we measure the appearance size of transparent injection molding products, we need to install a laser device on the Z axis of the machine.There are quite a few products like this, such as mobile phone lenses, tablet electrical data boards, etc. For general plastic parts, we can measure the size of each position by placing it on the instrument. Here, we want to talk to customers about the concept of an instrument itinerary. Any kind of measuring equipment has its measuring range, and we call the largest measuring range the stroke. The stroke of the 2D vision measuring machine has different strokes according to different products. Generally, there are 3020, 4030, 5040, 6050 and so on. When the customer chooses the measuring stroke of the equipment, it should be selected according to the size of the largest plastic part, so as not to be unable to measure because the product exceeds the measuring range.

For some plastic parts with irregular shapes, when it is placed on the platform and cannot be measured, you can make a fixed fixture for your workpiece.
